The porch swing, or day bed, was a wonderful project to test my skills in design, craftsmanship, & structural design/analysis. Both swings were designed & drafted in Autocad to provide the clients with visualizations and opportunity to request any desired alterations. Rigging each swing required investigating each sight to ensure the desired location could support the load of the swing and its maximum number of occupants.
